Diabetic Type 1.
I love endorphins.
I began running.
Running was tough, at the beginning.
Although, I felt better and better.
So I ran 10k, relay, semi-marathons, and finally marathons.
Then I rode a roadbike.
It was a revelation.
And cycling became an inspiring obsession.

Considerations About My New Training Program & Diabetes
Running more kilometers, running more often (5 times per week), running faster, but running less per session. This is how I am training now, targeting the third leg of the Relay Milano City Marathon on next Sunday.

Piovono Runners are Running & Fundraising for Fondazione P.U.P.I.
I will run the next Relay Milano City Marathon for the P.U.P.I Children Charity Program with the Piovono Runners Team. Yesterday we had the opportunity to organize an event to raise funds for the Foundation in a restaurant in Milan.
